Our Policies
Please review the following policies before booking your stay at Hidden Ridge Bed and Breakfast.
Reservations
- Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
- A minimum stay of two nights is required.
- Rooms accommodate a maximum of two guests per room.
- Please contact us directly by phone or email to confirm availability before submitting a reservation request.
Rates & Taxes
- Room rate: $200.00 per night, per room.
- Pennsylvania State Sales Tax: 6%
- Local Sales Tax: 5%
- We do not accept credit cards. Payment may be made by Check or Venmo only.
- Rates are subject to change without notice. Quoted rates are honored at time of confirmed booking.
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request — please contact us in advance.
- Please notify us if you expect to arrive outside of standard check-in hours.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to arrival will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.
- No-shows are charged the full reservation amount.
- We understand that emergencies happen — please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.
Breakfast
- A full homemade breakfast is included with every stay.
- Breakfast is served each morning between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM.
- Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies at the time of booking (E.G: Gluten-Free, Nut Allergy, Vegetarian, Vegan, Dairy Free).
- We will do our best to accommodate dietary needs with advance notice.
House Rules
- Hidden Ridge is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted indoors or on the premises.
- Pets are not permitted.
- Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
- Please treat the property and its surroundings with care and respect.
